INTA Releases 2026 Best Practices Toolkit Update

According to recent research highlighted by WLI Executive Champion Ayala Deutsch, the 2026 update will provide a direct comparison between the original 2020 data and new survey responses from 2025 and 2026, reflecting a shift in focus from mere policy awareness to the enforcement and accountability of flexible work arrangements.

The report pointed to a significant increase in workplace flexibility, largely as a result of lasting post-pandemic changes, but also cautioned that consistency in how companies support and implement these initiatives, especially through effective leadership communication, remains a concern.
